Position Title: Assistant Manager

Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: 40 Hr/Week - Full-time (Start Part-Time During 1 Month)

Schedule: Flexible (evenings & Weekends)

Pay: $18 Per Hour 

Supplemental Pay: Tips

We are the first rage room in the Hawaiian Islands, located in the heart of Honolulu’s arts district. A space created to provide fun and self-development through smashing things, splatting paint, exploring imagination, and evolving yourself through our workshops about arts and communications.

Requirements

Responsibilities

 

  • Open/Close store according to Manager schedule

  • Ensure the store is ready for customers before opening hours

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Trouble-shoot any issue that happens in the system or process flow daily

  • Assist with booking check-in, process payments, cancellation, refunds, and add new sales

  • Ensure store is stocked up, clean, and ready for customers (breakables are in place on the designated shelves, PPE are clean, and sunnitized)

  • Assist with events coordination and workshop set-ups

  • Fill in for General Manager (GM) in times of absence

  • Some knowledge of Marketing and social media

  • Able to lift heavy objects (50lbs)

Education

 

  • A High School diploma is required

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields would be preferred, but not a requirement

  • Fluent English

  • Japanese would be a plus, but not necessary
